Who is Soteris Kefalas

Educator, Researcher and Writer Soteris Kefalas has worked in almost all areas of the hotel industry, from receptionist to hotel manager and Food and Beverage Manager. He later pursued studies in the United States and the United Kingdom. He holds an MSc in Hospitality Management and is now a PhD candidate.
